Website activity measurement
We keep daily aggregate counts of page views, WhatsApp and email link clicks, form starts, and saved inquiries to understand which pages are useful. These measurement counters do not store visitor identifiers, IP addresses, raw referrers, or query strings. Counters are retained for 60 days, with the most recent 30 days shown in our private dashboard. A link click does not establish that a message was sent or that an inquiry was received. Information submitted through an inquiry is stored separately for our team as described below.
Property inquiries
When you submit an inquiry, we securely store the name, email address, optional phone number, property preferences, selected advisor, and property links you provide. Justin Nielsen and Evelyn Bulakar use this information to respond to your request and manage the conversation. Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter. You may request correction or deletion by contacting either of us.
Saved properties and preferences
If available in your browser, local storage keeps your saved property identifiers and area-unit preference on this device. These choices are not uploaded to a Costa Investing database. You can clear your shortlist on the shortlist page or remove stored preferences through your browser settings. Private browsing or device changes can affect availability. If you choose to include your shortlist when submitting an inquiry, those property identifiers are saved with your inquiry.
External services
Links to WhatsApp, Instagram, listing platforms, and other websites take you to separate services with their own privacy practices. Additional property-gallery photographs load from Brevitas’s image service when you open or browse a gallery. That service receives the technical information needed to deliver those photographs. Hosting may process standard technical information needed to serve and secure the site. Inquiry records and uploaded property images use our hosting platform’s database and file storage. When email notifications are configured, the sending provider processes the inquiry information needed to notify our team. Private dashboard access is restricted to authorized team accounts.
